UAE Regulatory Compliant
Pressure Vessels
Inspection & Certification
Accredited inspection and certification of pressure vessels, air receivers, boilers, heat exchangers, and pressurised systems. Ensuring full compliance with UAE authority regulations, ASME, BS PD 5500, and international pressure vessel codes.
What We Inspect
Pressure Vessels Types
We provide comprehensive inspection and certification services across a wide range of equipment and systems.

Boiler
Boiler inspections assess the pressure-bearing shell, safety valve operation, water level gauges, feed controls, flue passages, and burner system per UAE OSHAD regulations, PED 2014/68/EU, and ASME Section I. Internal and external examination, wall thickness measurement, and hydraulic testing are performed to confirm safe operation at rated pressure and temperature.

Air Compressor
Air compressor inspections cover the pressure vessel, safety valve pop-off test, drive belt condition, intake filtration, oil level, and electrical controls per UAE OSHAD regulations and ASME Section VIII. Automatic shutdown devices and pressure relief paths are confirmed by functional testing before a certificate of inspection is issued.

Air Receiver
Air receiver inspections assess shell integrity, weld condition, safety valve set pressure and reseating, drain function, and nameplate data per UAE OSHAD regulations, ASME Section VIII, and PED 2014/68/EU. Wall thickness is measured at corrosion-susceptible areas to confirm remaining life and fitness for continued service at rated working pressure.

Calorifier
Calorifier inspections examine the pressure vessel shell, connections, safety valve set pressure, temperature and pressure controls, sacrificial anode condition, and insulation integrity per UAE OSHAD regulations and PED 2014/68/EU. A hydraulic pressure test and safety valve bench test confirm the vessel can be safely operated at its rated working pressure.

Expansion Tanks
Expansion tank inspections verify bladder or diaphragm integrity, pre-charge nitrogen pressure, connection condition, pressure gauge accuracy, and external corrosion per PED 2014/68/EU and system design specifications. A failed bladder or incorrect pre-charge results in immediate service withdrawal to restore safe system pressure control.

Other Pressure Vessels
Other pressure vessel inspections apply UAE OSHAD regulations, PED 2014/68/EU, and ASME Section VIII to assess shell integrity, weld quality, pressure relief devices, fittings, and corrosion condition. Wall thickness surveys, hydraulic testing, and safety valve bench testing are conducted as appropriate to confirm fitness for continued safe operation.
Thorough Examination
What We Inspect On Every Piece of Equipment
Our inspections go beyond visual checks. We follow manufacturer guidelines and international standards to ensure total safety.
Internal & External Visual Inspection
Thorough examination of vessel internals for corrosion, pitting, erosion, and cracking, plus external condition including insulation, supports, and nameplate data.
Ultrasonic Thickness Measurement
UT wall thickness surveys to detect corrosion and erosion, compared against minimum allowable thickness from design calculations.
NDT of Weld Seams
Radiographic, ultrasonic, or magnetic particle testing of weld seams and heat-affected zones to detect cracks and sub-surface defects.
Safety Relief Valve Testing
Verification and testing of all safety relief valves to confirm correct set pressure, operation, and re-seating performance.
Hydraulic Pressure Testing
Hydrostatic pressure testing at the required test pressure multiple to confirm vessel integrity where mandated by code or authority.

Legal Requirements
PPE Inspection inspection is not optional in the UAE. Here's what you need to know.
Written Scheme of Examination Required
UAE law requires all pressure systems above defined thresholds to operate under a Written Scheme of Examination prepared by a competent person, defining inspection intervals and scope for each item of pressure equipment.
EIAC/ENAS Inspection Required
Pressure vessel inspections must be carried out by bodies accredited under EIAC or ENAS to be legally recognized for continued operation of pressure equipment in the UAE.
Safety Relief Valves Must Be Tested
All safety relief valves protecting pressure vessels must be tested at defined intervals and certified; failure to do so renders the vessel non-compliant and illegal to operate under UAE pressure regulations.
