Team Safety Consultants (TSC)

Who may use the app
Guest users can browse public posts. Staff and client features require a TSC-provisioned account. You are responsible for keeping your login secure.

User-Generated Content (No Tolerance)
You agree not to post content that is illegal, pornographic, sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, violent, misleading, confidential, infringing, spam, or malware. TSC may remove content and disable offending accounts within 24 hours of a valid report.

Reporting & Blocking
Every post/comment/profile includes Report. Signed-in users can Block other users to hide their content. Report abuse: info@tsc-uae.ae

Moderation Process
We review reports, remove violating content, and may suspend accounts. You may appeal by emailing vc@tsc-uae.ae.

Your License to TSC
By posting, you grant TSC a non-exclusive license to host, store, and display your content in the app for service operation. You retain ownership of your content.

Prohibited Uses
Do not attempt to bypass security, scrape, or interfere with the service. Do not impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation.

Data & Privacy
See our Privacy Policy: https://www.tsc-uae.ae/privacy. Account deletion is available in-app: Settings → Account Settings → Delete Account.

Payments
The app has no in-app purchases and no external payment links. TSC’s B2B services are contracted outside the app.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the No-Tolerance policy.

Disclaimers & Liability
The app is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, TSC disclaims warranties and limits liability for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the UAE. Venue: Dubai courts.
