Team Safety Consultants LLC (“TSC”, “we”, “us”).

• Account: name, email, phone, role, branch.

• Operational: attendance and check-ins, schedules, inspection forms, certificates metadata.

• User content: photos/files you upload.

• Device & diagnostics: app version, crash logs, basic device info.

• Provide and improve app features (scheduling, inspections, certificates, attendance & payroll).

• Communicate service updates.

• Detect abuse and secure accounts.

• Comply with legal obligations.

Legitimate interests in operating the service, contract performance with our customers, and compliance with law.

We do not sell personal data. We use processors solely to operate the service, including Google Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Storage). Data may be processed outside your country subject to appropriate safeguards.

We keep data while your account is active or as required by law or our client contracts. When you delete your account, we delete personal data unless retention is legally required.

You can access, correct, or delete your data. Use Settings → Delete Account to remove your account and personal data. You can also email info@tsc-uae.ae.

We use industry-standard security, including Firebase authentication, Firestore security rules, and encrypted transport (HTTPS).

Our service is intended for professional use. We do not knowingly collect data from children under the age applicable in your region.

We may update this policy. We’ll post the new version on this page and update the “Last updated” date.
