Safety Device Verification
Testing of pressure relief valves, excess flow valves, emergency shut-off valves, and gas detectors to confirm correct operation and calibration.
Leak Detection Testing
Soap solution, electronic leak detection, or tracer gas testing of all joints, fittings, and connections throughout LPG systems.
Cylinder Re-qualification
Hydrostatic pressure testing and visual examination of LPG cylinders at defined re-qualification intervals per ESMA and UAE cylinder standards.

UAE Regulations
Legal Requirements
PPE Inspection inspection is not optional in the UAE. Here's what you need to know.
UAE ESMA Compliance
LPG cylinders and equipment must comply with UAE ESMA standards for LPG cylinder design, manufacture, testing, and in-service inspection, with non-compliant cylinders removed from service immediately and quarantined.
Municipality Gas Permit Requirements
LPG installations in commercial and industrial premises require approval and periodic inspection by the relevant UAE municipality authority. TSC's certificates support permit applications and renewals across all emirates.
Mandatory Leak Testing
All LPG pipework and equipment must be pressure and leak tested before commissioning and after any modification. Failure to do so constitutes a serious safety and legal violation under UAE gas safety regulations.
