What We Inspect
LPG System Types
We provide comprehensive inspection and certification services across a wide range of equipment and systems.

Control Panel
LPG control panel inspections examine electrical wiring integrity, indicator and alarm functions, solenoid valve controls, and emergency shutdown circuitry per NFPA 58, EN 1776, and Dubai Civil Defence requirements. Functional simulations of fault and ESD conditions confirm the panel responds correctly to protect the system from overpressure or leak events.

Detectors
LPG gas detector inspections include sensor sensitivity calibration, response time testing, zero-point verification, and alarm trigger level confirmation per EN 50194 and Dubai Civil Defence requirements. Detectors are bump-tested and calibrated with certified reference gas to ensure they respond within the specified time at the correct concentration threshold.

Safety Valve
LPG safety valve inspections verify set pressure accuracy, reseating performance, body integrity, discharge capacity, and tamper-evident seal condition per EN ISO 4126-1 and NFPA 58. Safety valves are bench-tested or replaced at intervals specified in the system design to guarantee reliable overpressure protection.

Sensors
LPG pressure and temperature sensor inspections verify calibration accuracy, signal output integrity, and response time against system design specifications and EN 837/EN 14597 standards. Drift beyond permitted tolerances triggers recalibration or replacement to maintain reliable system monitoring and prevent missed fault conditions.

Valve & Fittings
LPG valve and fitting inspections assess seating integrity, stem packing condition, body corrosion, thread engagement, and leak tightness using foam solution or electronic detector testing per EN 331 and NFPA 58. Any weeping, corroded, or mechanically damaged component is replaced immediately to prevent gas leakage and fire hazard.
Thorough Examination
What We Inspect On Every Piece of Equipment
Our inspections go beyond visual checks. We follow manufacturer guidelines and international standards to ensure total safety.
Pressure Testing
Hydraulic and pneumatic pressure testing of vessels, cylinders, and pipework to verify leak-tightness and structural integrity at test pressure.
Safety Device Verification
Testing of pressure relief valves, excess flow valves, emergency shut-off valves, and gas detectors to confirm correct operation and calibration.
Leak Detection Testing
Soap solution, electronic leak detection, or tracer gas testing of all joints, fittings, and connections throughout LPG systems.
Cylinder Re-qualification
Hydrostatic pressure testing and visual examination of LPG cylinders at defined re-qualification intervals per ESMA and UAE cylinder standards.
Documentation & Labelling
Verification of cylinder stampings, tank nameplate data, inspection records, and safety signage compliance throughout the installation.

Legal Requirements
PPE Inspection inspection is not optional in the UAE. Here's what you need to know.
UAE ESMA Compliance
LPG cylinders and equipment must comply with UAE ESMA standards for LPG cylinder design, manufacture, testing, and in-service inspection, with non-compliant cylinders removed from service immediately and quarantined.
Municipality Gas Permit Requirements
LPG installations in commercial and industrial premises require approval and periodic inspection by the relevant UAE municipality authority. TSC's certificates support permit applications and renewals across all emirates.
Mandatory Leak Testing
All LPG pipework and equipment must be pressure and leak tested before commissioning and after any modification. Failure to do so constitutes a serious safety and legal violation under UAE gas safety regulations.
