UAE Regulations

Legal Requirements

PPE Inspection inspection is not optional in the UAE. Here's what you need to know.

Must Be Inspected Before Use

UAE OSH regulations require scaffolds to be inspected by a competent person before first use, after any modification, after adverse weather, and at least every 7 days during use. TSC provides all these inspection categories.

Handover Certificate Required

All scaffolds must be handed over with a scaffold handover certificate confirming the structure is safe for use before any worker accesses the platform. TSC issues handover certificates following every successful inspection.

Only Competent Persons

UAE law requires scaffold inspections to be conducted by a competent person with appropriate knowledge, training, and experience. TSC's scaffold inspectors hold recognized qualifications and carry full professional indemnity insurance.

Schedule Your Scaffolding Inspection

Don't risk non-compliance or a scaffold collapse. Our certified inspectors are ready to inspect and certify your scaffolding structures across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah.
