Application Condition Monitoring

Measurement of temperature, humidity, dew point, and steel surface temperature during application to verify specification compliance.

Dry Film Thickness Survey

Calibrated DFT measurement across the coated structure with statistical analysis to SSPC-PA2 or ISO 19840 acceptance criteria.

Holiday / Continuity Testing

Wet sponge or high-voltage testing of coatings to detect pinholes and discontinuities in the applied protective film.

Adhesion Testing

Pull-off or cross-cut adhesion tests to confirm coating bond strength to substrate and between coats at specified frequency.
